How do I get started with Pathways Rehab ?

There are three ways you can get started with Pathways Rehab:

2. Fill out our contact form via our contact page 

3. Contact us directly via phone 0458245672 or email hello@pathwaysrehab.com.au 

Our team will be in contact within 48 hours to talk you through the next steps. Please note, contact made by any of the above 3 methods can be made by you, another health professional or anyone acting on your behalf. 

What if I can't see my condition listed ? 

Pathways Rehab sees a range of  clients with neurological and physical disabilities. If you can't see your condition listed, please contact us via email or phone and we can discuss where we may be able to help you. If we can’t assist you, we will direct you as best as we can to services that might better suit your needs.

What funding bodies do we work with?

• My Age Care - Home Care Package and CHSP 

• Life time care  

• Workers compensation

Where do we see you ? 

We see clients in a variety of settings, including their homes, aged care facilities, local gyms, pools, parks, and even at the beach. Our team can also help assess access to nearby facilities or arrange sessions at UniActive Gym at the Innovation Campus, one of our regular locations.
